There are many types of globes on the market now that are direct replacements for your non-energy saving globes.The most reliable and energy efficient globes are LED globes, these globes use the newest light-emitting diode technology and use 80% less energy than a standard incandescent globe. The lifespan of an LED is 30 times of an incandescent globe. This will in turn save the amount of money spent on replacing globes. LED’s also come in two different colours; warm white and cool/day light.
