Mark Librio
Owner Operator
Mark and his wife Vanessa established Lights Plus in 2002.
With over 25 years experience in the lighting and electrical industry, Mark’s knowledge and expertise is second to none. As a qualified electrician, Mark understands the importance of superior quality light fittings and thus is passionate about providing the community with such products and service.
Vanessa Librio
Owner Operator
Mark and Vanessa established Lights Plus together in 2002.
With over 20 years in the lighting industry, Vanessa is passionate about lighting design and educating her staff members to provide the best customer service in town.
Vanessa may be the boss however she is a fantastic role model. You will find her anywhere from serving customers on the shop floor, to unpacking stock, to store maintenance, merchandising and admin.
Heidi Sly-Armstrong
Store Manager & Lighting Consultant - Full Time.
Heidi has been part of the Lights Plus team since 2007 and over her 18 years has earned the the role of Store Manager.
Chances are you’ll be greeted with a friendly Heidi smile when you enter Lights Plus. Heidi is known for being a hard worker who will stop at nothing for her clients.
Heidi is one of our trained lighting consultants specialising in our lighting consultancy services.
Heidi is a mum to four beautiful children, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with them and creating lasting memories.
Holly Chalker
Sales Assistant - Part Time
Holly has been part of the Lights Plus team since 2024.
When she isn’t at work, she enjoys sports and being outdoors with friends.
Sabina Natalizio
Sales Assistant - Casual
Sabina has been part of the Lights Plus team since 2023.
Outside of work, she is currently in her third year of studying Occupational Therapy and enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.
